On September 25, Zhejiang Quality and Standardization Conference was grandly held in the Provincial Great Hall of the People. The project "Leading the formulation of fluoroolefin series national standards for refrigerants" declared by Zhejiang Research Institute of Chemical Industry (Zhehua Institute for short) won the 2020 Zhejiang Standard Innovation Contribution Award Major Contribution Award.

The reason for the award of this project is that it established the framework of my country's refrigerant fluoroolefin standard system for the first time, solved the problem of the new generation of environmentally friendly refrigerants without quality evaluation standards, filled the gap at home and abroad, and was listed by the National Standards Committee as the world's leading standard cultivation object. Zhang Jianjun, chairman and general manager of Zhejiang Institute of Chemical Technology, made a speech at the conference on "Seize the Commanding Heights of Standards, Leading the Road to Industrial Upgrade", and said: Zhejiang Institute of Chemical Technology has been deeply engaged in fluorine chemicals for dozens of years and has always established the standard strategy as the company's technology strategy and products The basic support of strategy and brand strategy, the establishment and operation of national and provincial standardization technical committees successively, has led the formulation of 16 refrigerant-related national and industry standards, and achieved the integration of international standards and foreign advanced standards, which has greatly promoted China Refrigerant production and trade have effectively regulated the market, leading the industry into the fast lane of transformation, upgrading and sustainable development. In 2015, Zhejiang Institute of Chemical Technology was approved by the State Key Laboratory of Fluorine-Containing Greenhouse Gas Substitution and Control Processing, and listed the research on climate-friendly alternatives standards as one of the four major research directions, focusing on analysis methods, standard system research and standard organization construction. Research on key indicator analysis methods, preside over/participate in the formulation of various standards, establish fluorine-containing gas related standard committees, recommend standard committee members, and participate in the work of relevant international standard committees.

The Zhejiang Provincial Standard Innovation Contribution Award was established by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government in 2018. It is the highest award in the field of standardization in Zhejiang Province. It is commended once every two years.
